John Povey is a highly experienced aid manager, having been involved in donor funded programmes for over 25 years. Renato Scuzzarello is a highly qualified and experienced Italian Police Officer who has successfully managed the CKP Italtrend EU Funded CARDS “Programme to Support the BiH Police Forces” through its first three phases from 2002 to 2006. After qualifying from the Military Academy in Modena and Carabinieri Officers School in Rome , where he studied between 1968 and 1972, he began distinguished 34 year career with the Italian Carabinieri.
